Redman Technologies is looking to EXPAND! Redman is a young dynamic and driven  technology company primarily servicing the Real Estate Industry across north America. We are currently looking a full time customer support representative to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing support and training to our clients. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a high paced team environment, multitask and communicate effectively with clients.

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Able to provide exceptional customer service in all situations. Ability to communicate technical terms to non-tech savvy clients.
• Enthusiastic personality when answering the phone or addressing clients.
•  Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to accurately identify problems
• Apply most effective solution for identified problems.
•  Provide training and education to clients.
• Deep understanding of basic computer functionality, email configurations/setup
• Ability to communicate with client via web, email, phone, in person.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Additional Computer skills an asset

We are seeking an experienced web designer with technical developer skills or a developer with a great looking web design portfolio. We need a jack-of-all-trades personality: you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you should be comfortable switching roles as needed. You're self motivated, passionate about web technology, and have excellent collaboration and communication skills. We juggle multiple projects on all kinds of deadlines and have an upbeat, positive work atmosphere. 

Client and communication skills are vital: we work primarily with real estate agents and brokerage offices in Western Canada, and everyone at Redman adds value to client relationships.

General Skills:

• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills to facilitate working with clients and other IT colleagues
• Maturity to be able to execute job functions with minimal guidance
